Family: Aaron is married to Misty Benton Burroughs. They have been married since 1990 and have three children.

Education: BS/MS - Aaron graduated from La Tech University in 1986 with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and then continued his education at Perdue University where he completed a Masters of Science Degree in Civil Engineering in 1987. His engineering specialty was construction company management. While at Perdue Aaron taught undergraduate courses in construction cost estimating.

Work History:

1972: Aaron started working with his dad, Odis Burroughs, at the age of 12 building homes during summers and school vacations. Whenever he was not in school he was working with his Father. Raising roof trusses or pouring concrete were two of Odis's favorite tasks to save for when Aaron was available.

1982: Aaron built his first house before he started college in the fall at Louisiana Tech University.

1988: Aaron worked for Blount Brothers construction in Montgomery Alabama. He was involved in estimating $10 - $110 million projects such as convention centers, air force hangers, wastewater treatment facilities, and jails.

1989: Moved to Kansas City to work at Kansas City Youth for Christ as a youth minister.

1991: Moved back to Hot Springs to resume the family trade of residential home construction.

1995: Aaron incorporated as Aaron Burroughs Construction, Inc.
