Step 4: Plan Fees / Deposit The typical charge for plan design is $0.30 per Heated and Cooled square foot to draw a house plan. When Aaron builds the home, he credits the owner back the money paid to develop the plans. So basically this service is provided free if he builds your new home or at a charge if you just want him to do the design.
Step 5: Detailed Estimates Aaron performs a very detailed estimate of your homes actual costs to give you the best value possible, avoid surprises, and facilitate value engineering. This helps to take the guesswork and unanticipated changes out of the process so the construction experience is a pleasant one.	Step 6: Detailed Contracts Using the same standard 16 divisions of construction that commercial architects use in their specifications, Aaron provides a vary detailed contract that contains exact specifications of your new home. In the contract, clear allowances are given for fixtures and appliances to be purchased as well as details of construction materials and practices.
Step 7: Addendum's As constructions progresses there are typically changes, selections, and clarifications to the original contract. These are handled in addendums typed up as need arises.
